We do two main things, research and content creation, with a strong focus on not-for-profits, and whichever you need (it’s often a combination), you’ll get the following from us:

  • We’ll take the trouble to get inside the issue – whether it’s dementia care in Australia, out-of-school children in Pakistan, or donor attitudes among retirees – drawing on a unique blend of research skills, free-range thinking and writing expertise.
  • We believe that good stories – and content – come from good listening. Content may be king – or queen – (though we like to think it’s more democratic) but edetä is mindful to put quality ahead of word-count with original, research-led pieces crafted to engage and inform. 
  • We’re small and we offer a small-agency service, which means being responsive and flexible in our research design, meeting the needs of impact-focussed organisations for clear, actionable insights to guide decision-making.
